Was looking for water shoes. I placed the order but had problems with the page refreshing & accepting my information. I had to close the site down and try it again. Once I entered in my payment method, once again the site wouldn't respond. Once it did it asked me for the same Credit Card info. I was hesitant to enter it again, not being sure if my original order was placed. I had to go into my account and search for my order history to make sure it was only placing my order once. |

Nicely organized web site easy to home in on specific items. Would be nice to be able to have a few more choices like LONG SLEEVES when I was looking for a shirt to protect me from the sun when in the water in an upcoming Tahiti Trip. |

I like the wide selections, prices and service is usually very good. Only past problems have been slow shipping. My last order was fine because I was given priority shipping... because the order before that took over three weeks. Last summer I had an item on back order that took 4 months! |

I thought I had placed my order and printed the receipt (or so I thought). I am fortunate that Swim Outlet emailed me that I had items in my shopping bag or I would not have realized this error on my part. I'd have been waiting in vain for my order to arrive. |
