Strengths: Runs EXCEL and OUTLOOK....easy to use, color, decent initial memory...purchased for under $200
Weakness: no place for stylus unless hard cover purchased...hard to get nice aftermarket leather carriers for it

Weakness: Short battery life, I have had to reset twice in 2 weeks.
I love my 525, I do not know how I lived without it. As a mother of 2, employed full-time and getting my Masters, this things really helps me stay on top of things. Strengths: Price. Retails for 300-350 but if you look around you can find it for 200! It delivers all the features of the more expensive palmtops (taking into account cost cuts) Great Character Recognition.
Weakness: No USB (uses serial), No place for stylus. keep in mind that it's 200 dollars and you won't be disappointed
16mb of internal memory is small but it has a card reader on it unlike many palms so you can buy whatever memory you need (512mb for instance) for cheap. Strengths: It is compact, comes loaded with features, and is in beautiful color!
Weakness: Could have used more memory, but for the price, it is certainly worth it.
This product is great, and I've been impressing all my friends with it. Most people thought I paid about $350.00 but I purchased it at Office Depot for $199.00. It even included a mail-in 16 mg extra memory and a brushed metal cover. This is a deal that can't be missed!

The Jornada 525 is a dandy little tool. I've been doing everything that I can to test out it's capacities and it's been serving it's time cheerfully. Strengths: Pocket version of word, Character Recognition much faster than typing and better than graffiti. Color is a big plus, price was awesome.
Weakness: hard to find accessories as it has been discontinued, hard to find cases most are for palm and others.
I have been so happy with the jornada. I am a teacher and it helps keep me organized in class and at home. With a large capacity flash card i can read e-books, play MP3's, I even download short movie trailers (ice age) and play them for my 1st graders as a treat , lots of freeware out there and it is sooooo easy to use. I sync with Avant go daily for news and weather... I can't say enough good...
